Who is it for?

Where does the programme take place?
The programme takes place at all our locations in development, in production in test laboratories, in support departments and in IT.
What is expected from you?
The job requirements of a trainee vary depending on the department you will be working in. As a trainee, you will be entrusted with sub-tasks related to your department's area of expertise and projects currently being worked on at HELLA.
What will the programme give you?
The link between theory and practice, help with your final thesis, a decent income, new contacts and the possibility of future employment.

Zcela unikátní studijní program v celé Evropě, který vznikl ve spolupráci s HELLA, Automotive Lighting a VUT v Brně, který byl nadefinován tak, aby studenty co nejlépe připravil na práci v průmyslu. V roce 2018 opustili univerzitu první absolventi tohoto oboru.
Lukáš Svoboda – Electronics SW Developer
I am currently finishing my fifth year in Mechatronics at Brno University of Technology. During my studies I became interested in courses such as Microprocessor Technology or Application of Embedded Systems in Mechatronics, and so six months ago I decided to join Hella Mohelnice as a software developer in the Software Development for Lighting Electronics department. My job is to develop software for lighting electronics in the automotive sector.
Automotive is really one of the areas where technology is developing at a breakneck speed. At Hella, I have the opportunity to encounter and actively work on these cutting-edge technologies. For me personally, it is important that I have the chance to constantly learn new things, work on modern solutions and be part of an international development team. All this in a friendly and pleasant working environment.
Secondary schools
Secondary school students have an open door with us. We offer field trips and accept students for internships or apprenticeships. We also try to support the teaching in our partner schools, not only financially but also personally through organizing talks with our professionals. Of course, we support school competitions and events that further develop students.
